Updating your payment information for Avast orders distributed by Digital River

You can update your registered payment details for a continuous subscription at any time via the Avast customer portal. Access the Avast customer portal via your original order confirmation email, or directly using the following link:

Instructions

Update your payment details directly in the Avast customer portal or via your order confirmation email.

  1. Open the Avast customer portal in your internet browser using the link below:
  2. Type your order ID and password, then click Log In.
    You can find your order ID and password in your order confirmation email from Avast. If you are unable to locate this email, click Need help finding your order ID? and provide your email address and the last four digits of the payment card you used to make the purchase.
  3. At the top of the Your subscriptions page, click Update your payment details.
  4. Type your updated payment card number, expiration date, and CVV number. Optionally, click the Edit icon to modify your billing details. Click Save to confirm all changes.
Your updated payment card information is valid only for the order ID you used to sign in to the Avast customer portal. To update the payment card information for other orders, click Different Order at the top of the Your subscriptions screen.

The payment information for your continuous subscription are updated.
