Follow the steps below to cancel the continuous subscription enabled for your Avast product.
To disable a continuous Avast subscription, refer to the relevant article below according to your order distributor:

To cancel continuous subscriptions purchased via Allsoft (Softline Group company), AstroPay, or Cleverbridge, use the following form:
If you are unsure which distributor processed your Avast order, check your order confirmation email or debit/credit card statement. For more information, refer to the following article:
- Open iTunes and ensure you are signed in with your Apple ID.
- Click Account at the top of your computer screen, then select View My Account.
- Type your password, then click Sign In.
- On the Account Information page, scroll down to Settings.
- Click Manage next to Subscriptions.
- Click Edit next to the relevant Avast subscription, then click Cancel Subscription.

- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Tap the ☰ Menu icon in the top-left corner of your screen, then select Account from the list.
- Tap Subscriptions, then tap Cancel below the relevant Avast subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription to confirm the cancelation.

- Tap Cancel Subscription to turn off the continuous subscription.
