Enter activation code

To activate Avast Secure Browser PRO using an activation code:

1. Locate your activation code. This is included in your order confirmation email. For detailed instructions, refer to the following article:
   • Locating your Avast activation code
2. Double-click the Avast Secure Browser icon on your Windows desktop to open the application.
3. Click ⋮ Menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the browser window and select Settings.
4. Select My subscriptions in the left panel, then click Already have an activation code?.
5. Type or paste your activation code (including hyphens) into the text box, then click Enter.

2. Tap the Avast Secure Browser icon on the Home screen of your device. The app opens.
3. Tap … Menu (three dots) at the bottom of the browser screen and select Settings.
4. Select My Account.
5. Select Already have an activation code?.
6. Type or paste your activation code (including hyphens) into the text box, then tap Submit.

Your Avast Secure Browser PRO subscription is now active. If activation is unsuccessful, refer to the Still need help? section of this article.

Sign in to Avast Account

To activate Avast Secure Browser PRO using an Avast Account:

1. Ensure that you know which email address you used to purchase Avast Secure Browser PRO. This is the email address where you received the order confirmation email after purchase.
2. Double-click the Avast Secure Browser icon on your Windows desktop to open the application.
3. Click ⋮ Menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the window and select Settings.
4. Select My subscriptions in the left panel, then click Sign in to your Avast Account under Activate your subscription now.
   
   If you do not have an Avast Account, select Create an Avast Account to create a new Avast Account with the same email address that you used to purchase Avast Secure Browser PRO.
5. Enter the credentials for your Avast Account that is linked to the email address you used to purchase Avast Secure Browser PRO, then click Continue.
