Avast Password Manager allows you to unlock your vault using your Android or iOS device. When you request to unlock your vault in your browser, you receive a notification in your Avast Password Manager mobile app. Once you approve the unlock request, your vault automatically unlocks.
To set up One-Touch Login, you must install Avast Password Manager on your Android or iOS device, and enable the feature in your mobile app, as well as your browser.
Add a mobile device to receive One-Touch Login notifications
If you do not have it installed on your Android or iOS device, first install Avast Password Manager, then follow the steps below:
- Open Avast Password Manager and, if you have not already done so, sign in to the Avast account which contains your Avast Passwords Premium subscription.
- Type in your vault password and tap Unlock.

Menu ▸ Settings. - Under Vault unlock, tap List this device for One-Touch Login.
- Tap Turn on Notification if you have not enabled notifications.
The mobile device is set up to receive One-Touch Login notifications.
Enable One-Touch Login on your browser
To enable One-Touch Login in your browser extension:
- In your preferred browser, click the Avast Password Manager extension icon in the top-right corner.
- In the pop-up window, continue with one of the following options:
- Option A: If you are signed in to your Avast account, click Unlock vault.
- Option B: If you are not signed in to your Avast account, click Sign in and sign in with your Avast account credentials.
- In the Avast Password Manager browser extension, click Use Your Vault Password, then type your vault password and click Unlock.
- Click the Avast Password Manager extension icon in the top-right corner of your browser and select Open Web App.
- In the side menu, select Settings.
- In the One-Touch Login panel, click Turn on.
- Under Your devices, select your mobile device. Optionally, tick the box next to Always perform One-Touch Login on browser startup.
- Click Turn On ▸ Done.
One-Touch Login has been enabled in your browser.
