Your Avast Account needs to be linked to the email address you used to purchase Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device). To verify this, sign in to your Avast Account in your web browser and click the Subscriptions tile to see a list of the linked subscriptions.

If your Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device) subscription is not visible in your Avast Account, refer to the following article to manually link the subscription to your Avast Account.

Follow the steps in the sections below to activate your Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device) subscription on each of your devices: Windows PC | Mac | Android | iPhone/iPad

1. On your Windows PC, download and install the latest version of Avast Premium Security for Windows from the official Avast website.
2. Open Avast Premium Security, then go to ☰ Menu ▸ Sign in.
3. Enter the credentials for your Avast Account, then click Sign in.
   
   Alternatively, if you do not have an Avast Account, select the Create account tab to create a new Avast Account with the same email address that you used to purchase Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device).
4. Click Continue to complete activation.

1. On your Mac, download and install the latest version of Avast Security for Mac from the official Avast website.
2. Open Avast Security, then go to ☰ Menu ▸ Sign in to Avast Account.
3. Enter the credentials for your Avast Account, then click Sign in.
   
   Alternatively, if you do not have an Avast Account, select the Create account tab to create a new Avast Account with the same email address that you used to purchase Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device).

Avast Premium Security is now active on your Mac.

1. On your Android device, download and install the latest version of Avast Mobile Security from Google Play Store.
2. Open Avast Mobile Security and tap Scan now, then Allow to give Avast Mobile Security access to your device.
3. When the scan is complete, select Get complete protection.
4. Tap ⋮ Options (three dots) in the top-right corner and select Already purchased?.
5. Select Restore from Avast Account ▸ Email.
6. Enter your Avast Account credentials, then tap Log in Avast Account.

Avast Mobile Security Premium is now active on your Android device.

1. On your iOS device, download and install the latest version of Avast Mobile Security from the App Store.
2. Open Avast Mobile Security and tap Not now, then Allow to give Avast Mobile Security access to your device.
3. Tap Upgrade in the top-right corner of the screen, then select Already purchased?.
4. Select Sign in.
5. Enter your Avast Account credentials, then tap Confirm.
6. Tap OK to complete activation.

Avast Mobile Security Premium is now active on your iOS device.
