Cloud Cleaner is a feature available in Avast One Cleanup Premium that helps free up space in your cloud storage by identifying duplicate, large, and old files. While using Cloud Cleaner, you may occasionally encounter connection or access errors.

Common Error Messages
When you use Cloud Cleaner, you may encounter one of the following errors while scanning your cloud drives in your browser:
- Unauthorized access
- Couldn't connect to Cloud Cleaner
- Looks like there is a technical issue
If you encounter any of these errors, close the browser window and try opening Cloud Cleaner again from Avast One.
To access Cloud Cleaner:
- Open Avast One.
- Hover your cursor over the side menu and select Cleanup Premium ▸ Cloud Cleaner.
- Click Connect next to the cloud storage service you want to use.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.
- Click Start scan.
Error "Your session expired"

Error "Sorry, you are not able to access this service"
Error "Sorry, you are not able to access this service" can occur when the Google Account that you use to access Cloud Cleaner is managed by a school, company, or other organization.
To resolve this issue, contact your Google Workspace or organization administrator and ask them to review access restrictions for third-party applications.
