Avast Support agents do not respond to emails sent to the inbox. To resolve an issue you may have with Avast Mobile Security Premium, you must first contact Avast Support. Send log reports only when requested to do so by an Avast Support agent.
Avast Mobile Security Premium allows you to send log reports directly from the app, through your email provider. Providing Avast Support with your log reports allows them to better understand the technical issues you are experiencing.
Instructions
To send log reports to Avast Support:
- Open Avast Mobile Security Premium and go to Account ▸ Settings.
- Tap

(the three dots) ▸ Send log report. - Type your Support Case ID and Briefly describe your issue in the provided fields, then click Send.
- Select your preferred email application, such as Gmail or Outlook, and send the email in the app.
The log reports are sent.

- Google Android 9.0 (Pie, API 28) or later
