How can I cancel my Avast One Platinum subscription?
You can cancel the subscription via the Avast Account that is linked to the email address you provided during purchase.
To cancel a subscription via your Avast Account:
- Sign in to your Avast Account using the following link: Avast Account.
- Click the My subscriptions tab in the top menu.
- Click Unsubscribe under the subscription you want to cancel.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Your cancellation request is now submitted. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase.

What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Avast One Platinum is sold as a continuous subscription. This means that your subscription renews at the end of each subscription period unless you manually cancel it before the next billing date.
When you cancel the subscription, the subscription status displayed in your Avast Account changes to Expiring, and the expiration date is shown. You can continue to use Avast One Platinum until the expiration date. After this date, you will lose access to Avast One Platinum including Avast One, Premium Tech Support, and Avast Identity Guardian.
Can I keep Avast One if I cancel Avast One Platinum?
If you cancel your Avast One Platinum subscription, you can purchase an Avast One subscription, or use the free version Avast One Essential.
