Retrieving an activation code from your Avast Account

You can retrieve the activation code for most Avast products via the Avast Account that is linked to the email address you provided during the subscription purchase.

Your Avast Account login is the email address that you provided during the subscription purchase.

• To sign into your Avast Account for the first time, refer to the following article: Activating your Avast Account.
• If you do not know the password for your Avast Account, you can reset it.

Retrieve your activation code

1. Sign in to your Avast Account using the link: https://id.avast.com/sign-in
2. On the top-right corner of the page, click My account and then click My subscriptions.
3. Locate the subscription that you want to activate, and click Copy to clipboard next to the Activation code.
   
   Alternatively, write down the activation code if you need to use it on another device.  

   If you do not see an Avast subscription, it is not yet linked to your Avast Account. Follow the instructions to add a missing subscription to your Avast Account.

Your activation code is now copied to your clipboard. Refer to the section below for information about activating your subscription.
