When activating Avast AntiTrack, you might see the error message: Unable to verify your subscription. This issue may arise if your Avast AntiTrack subscription cannot be confirmed through your Avast Account.
To fix the issue, click Try Again displayed on your screen. If the issue is not solved, click Sign In with a Different Avast Account and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to the Avast Account associated with your Avast AntiTrack subscription.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall Avast AntiTrack by following the steps below:
- On your keyboard, press the
Windows logo key and
R
key simultaneously to open the Run dialog box. - Type
appwiz.cpl
in the Open field and click OK. - In the list of currently installed programs, select Avast AntiTrack, then click Uninstall.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Once the app is uninstalled, close all programs and restart your PC.
