Restoring Smart VPN custom rules
Following the latest Avast SecureLine VPN update, your previously configured Smart VPN custom site rules may have changed. To restore your preferred rule settings, please follow these steps:
- Open Avast SecureLine VPN and go to
☰Menu ▸ Settings ▸ VPN Mode. - Select Smart VPN Mode, then click Edit next to your previously configured custom rule.
- Re-select your desired VPN location and save the changes.
Information about new upgrades
The following upgrades are introduced in the new update:
- More server locations: Avast SecureLine VPN now includes over 100 physical server locations, with availability in multiple cities across North America, Europe, and Australia.
- Improved streaming performance: All servers are physical and configured to support more stable streaming connections.
