You may encounter an issue when viewing groups in the Lost and Found folder of the Endpoint Manager console, with an error message explaining that An error has occurred.
The problem has been identified and a tool has been made available to resolve the issue.
To us the tool and resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Download the Noc_enable.exe tool and copy it to [...]\Norman\noc\bin
- Open a Command prompt and navigate to [...]\Norman\noc\bin and type Noc_enable.exe /fixstrings
- Wait for the command to finish; this can take some time depending on the number of clients.
