Resolving a frozen server when connecting to a Windows 2003 server after upgrading to Norman Endpoint Manager or Norman Endpoint Protection 11


When connecting to a Windows Server 2003 host using remote desktop, copying files or folders may cause the server to freeze or bluescreen.

This is caused by a problem in the Terminal Server Device Redirector (RdpDr) driver and can be solved by downloading and installing this hotfix from Microsoft:
