Enabling JavaScript and cookies in your web browser

When you make a purchase via the <a href="https://www.avast.com/store" target="_blank">Avast Store</a>, you may be notified that you need to enable JavaScript and / or cookies in your web browser. This is because the Avast Store is unable to load and function correctly without these settings enabled. Sending log reports to Avast Support in Avast Cleanup for Android

Avast Support agents do not respond to emails sent to the inbox. To resolve an issue you may have with Avast Cleanup, you must first contact Avast Support. Send log reports only when requested to do so by an Avast Support agent.

Avast Cleanup allows you to send log reports directly from the app, through your email provider. Providing Avast Support with your log reports allows them to better understand the technical issues you are experiencing.

Instructions

To send log reports to Avast Support:

Open Avast Cleanup and go to ☰ Menu (the three lines) ▸ Settings.
Tap Send a log report.
Type your Support Case ID and Briefly describe your issue in the provided fields, then click Send.
Select your preferred email application, such as Gmail or Outlook, and send the email in the app.
