Finding your Avast order ID number

This article contains instructions on locating your Avast order number (sometimes called an Order ID, or a reference ID number) if requested by Avast Support for troubleshooting or identification purposes.

Find your Avast order number

You can find your Avast order number in the confirmation email that you received after completing the purchase. The exact location varies according to your Avast order distributor.

The sections below explain how to locate your Avast order number in confirmation emails from different Avast order distributors:

Digital River

Locate the order confirmation email from no.reply@avast.com with the subject Thank you for your order.
Search for Order ID in the body of the confirmation email.

Nexway

Locate the order confirmation email from no.reply@avast.com relating to your Avast purchase.
Search for Nexway order number in the subject or Order Number in the body of the confirmation email.

Cleverbridge

Locate the order confirmation email relating to your Avast purchase.
Search for Reference # in the subject or Your Avast reference ID in the body of the confirmation email.

You can find your Avast order number in the Avast Account that is linked to the email address you provided during the subscription purchase.

If necessary, perform any of the actions below before locating your order number:

If you do not have an Avast Account, you can create one.
If you do not know the password for your Avast Account, you can reset it.
If the email address you provided at checkout is not currently linked to your Avast Account, you can add it.

To retrieve your order number via your Avast Account:

Sign in to your Avast Account using the link below:
- https://id.avast.com/sign-in
Click the Order history tile.
The order number for each payment is shown under Order ID.
