Sign in to the correct Avast Account

1. Create an Avast Account or sign in to the Avast Account with the email address that you used to make the purchase. You would have received an email from Avast at the time of purchase.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, click My account and then click My subscriptions.
3. In the My subscriptions page, next to the product you want to download, click Download.
4. In the Get Started page, click Agree and download.

If the internet speeds up after disabling a particular add-on, then keep it disabled.

Add a product key to your account

1. Go to https://myaccount.avast.com/extspa/registration/reg/coderegistration?flow=codeentry
2. In the Get Started window, type the activation key and click Next.
   Your product key is a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters. It does not include any special characters.
3. You can Sign in to existing account or Create new account.
4. Click Add subscription to add it to your currently signed in account. To add this subscription to a different account, click Add to another account.
5. Click Close.

Add the Avast product that came pre-installed on your device to your account

1. Open your Avast device security product.
2. Click Help, and then click Account.
3. Follow the instructions to log in to your existing account.

After you log in to your account, your product is added to your account, and you can manage your services or download the product onto a different device.
