Your Avast subscription has expired. A valid subscription is required to download and install your Avast product, receive virus definition updates, and stay protected.

We recommend that you renew your subscription immediately.

To renew your subscription, you must be connected to the Internet.

Renew your subscription

1. Sign in to your Avast Account using the link: https://id.avast.com/sign-in
2. In the top-right corner of the page, click My account and then click My subscriptions.
3. In the subscription that has expired, click Renew now.  
4. In the page that appears, provide your billing information and credit card details, and then click Next.
5. Review and place your order.

I have already renewed my subscription

Try signing out and signing back into your Avast product to synchronize your subscription.

If you think that your subscription has not expired or you have already renewed your subscription, check if you have signed in to the correct Avast account. If you are using old Avast account credentials, your subscription that is linked to that account has expired.

Sign in to the correct Avast account and make sure that you have the right Avast subscription installed.

Install the right subscription

1. Sign in to your Avast Account using the link: https://id.avast.com/sign-in
2. In the top-right corner of the page, click My account and then click My subscriptions.
3. In the My subscriptions page, locate the Avast subscription with the correct subscription expiration date.
4. Click Download or share.
5. In the Get Started page, select the app you want to download and click Next.
6. In the page that appears, click Agree and download.
7. Click the area pointed by the on-screen arrow and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are still unable to install your Avast subscription, contact Avast Support with your product key and order information.

How can I avoid subscription expiration?

To avoid subscription expiration, renew your subscription before the expiration date. You start to see renewal alerts one month before the subscription expires. Use the option in the alert to renew your Avast subscription.
