Troubleshooting subscription issues with Avast SecureLine VPN for iOS

After you purchase Avast SecureLine VPN for iOS subscription on iTunes, Avast verifies your iTunes purchase receipt and automatically sends you a subscription code.

If your purchase is not properly processed and you do not receive your subscription code, you can restore an auto-renewable subsription via iTunes on your device, and a non-renewable subsription by contacting AVAST Support.

  • Avast SecureLine VPN 3.1 or higher: your subscription is auto-renewable by default.
  • Avast SecureLine VPN 3.0 or lower: your subscription is non-renewable by default.

If you purchased an auto-renewable subscription and you received the receipt of your purchase from iTunes:

  1. Ensure that you are signed in with the same iTunes account that you used to purchase the subscription. You can check sign-in details by opening SettingsiTunes & App Store on your device.
  2. Tap Restore Subscription and wait for the confirmation.

If you do not have a auto-renewable subscription, please submit a ticket to AVAST Support:

  1. Open the e-mail that contains the receipt of your purchase from Apple.
  2. Take a screenshot of your receipt and submit a ticket to AVAST Support.
  3. When the receipt is verified, Avast will send you an subscription code.
