Canceling an Avast SecureLine VPN subscription on Android and iOS

If you no longer want to use Avast SecureLine VPN for Android or iOS, you need to cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store or the App Store. Even if you are still in a free trial period, you need to cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store or the App Store, otherwise you will be charged for the subscription when the free trial period ends.

Uninstalling an app from your device does not cancel your subscription and you will continue to be charged for the subscription until you cancel it via the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Tap ☰ Menu in the top-left corner, then select Subscriptions.
  3. Select Avast SecureLine VPN from your list of subscriptions.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish canceling your subscription. The Google Play Store confirms that the subscription is canceled.
  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store, then tap your Apple ID.
  3. Tap View Apple ID, enter your Apple ID password and tap Sign In (alternatively, use your ID fingerprint).
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Select Avast SecureLine VPN from your list of subscriptions.
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish canceling your subscription. The App Store confirms that the subscription is canceled.

Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
