support.avast.com is a new support portal for users of ALWIL Software a.s. products (avast! antivirus range, net.purum).
There are two parts of this portal - the knowledgebase, which will supersede FAQ section on avast.com website, and ticketing system, which will be used for technical support and sales issues.
