How to send a troubleshooting package to AVAST?
When contacting avast! Technical Support with some issue, you might be asked for a troubleshooting package with logs and other configuration files gathered from your computer for further analysis. To upload your troubleshooting package please use our public FTP server:
ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming
Once your troubleshooting package is successfully uploaded, register a new account on support.

Can I purchase several hundred licenses up-front and resell them?

Yes and no. Yes, you can purchase several hundred licenses up-front. No, you cannot resell them to different end-users, as this would be against the terms and conditions of the end user license agreement; plus a single purchase would only produce one license key / file, which would be impractical for resale purposes. I want to buy more than 200 licenses, which your online calculator does not support. What do I do?

Our online calculator only supports queries up to 200 licenses. If you have a need for a quotation larger than this, then please email sales@avast.com, and one of our friendly sales group will get back to you quite quickly with a fully prepared quotation.

SolutionSimply register again. You will recieve new license key (if the original is about to expire soon), or the original one (if it's still valid).
